The R&D team operates in specialized groups, ensuring each researcher focuses on professional material formulation design within their area of expertise while responding to customer needs at maximum speed.
Production primarily utilizes fully automated processes to minimize human influence on material stability. Through data integration and calculation, optimal process parameters for each product are determined and locked in to guarantee consistent material quality. A dedicated quality team serves as the final gatekeeper before shipment, rigorously inspecting every batch of materials destined for clients to prevent defective products from leaving the facility.
Should any product issues arise due to material defects after delivery, the company immediately dispatches its quality department to address the matter. A specialized technical support team is deployed to conduct on-site investigations at the client’s facility, ultimately resolving the issue.

The Yangwang U8 (Chinese: 仰望U8) is a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) full-size luxury SUV manufactured by BYD Auto under the Yangwang brand.Using our core product "Microcellular foam material" It include PP & foaming agent, Utilizes heat generated during injection molding to release carbon dioxide or nitrogen gas, causing the entire PP material to foam.

These products' latest solution is LDS material, or Laser Direct Structuring, is a cutting-edge technology for fabricating precision circuits on three-dimensional plastic parts. The materials used are based on high-performance plastics, modified by adding LDS functional additives. Its features include a compact structure, offering multiple functions within the same volume while maintaining a smaller footprint for equivalent functionality. Circuitry is formed on the surface of plastic support components, enabling lightweight, highly integrated core devices. The space saved is utilized to accommodate various spatial capacities.
